Shipping Policy

Where do you ship and deliver to?

We primarily ship nationwide (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao) to all valid residential or office addresses within the Philippines. We also cater to international clients through our trusted third party couriers. Please contact us regarding international shipping quotations.

We ship all domestic and international orders either from our Head Office and Warehouse in Muntinlupa City or the Total Dibs Flagship Store at 3rd Floor, Shoppesville, Greenhills Shopping Center in San Juan City.

In-store pickup may also be selected as an option upon checkout.

What are the corresponding rates for shipping and delivery?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders within Metro Manila for orders PHP 3500 and above. These deliveries will be carried out via our hardworking and trustworthy in-house motorcycle riders or delivery van personnel. In some cases, these may also be coursed through our partner third party delivery services (Lalamove or Grab).

Shipping rates for orders outside Metro Manila will be dependent on your location and the combined weights of your ordered items. Estimated rates may range from PHP200 to PHP500 (e.g. 1kg to 5kg range) as determined by LBC rates. (may be subject to change). These are automatically calculated upon order checkout. Final quotations may also be provided as soon as your orders are processed.

International orders are sent via DHL or Fedex.  Quotations may vary depending on country of destination and combined weights of your purchased goods. Please contact us regarding this and our staff will gladly assist you throughout the whole process.


When can I expect my order to arrive?

Metro Manila: Within 48 hours or within an agreed upon schedule with the client for in-stock items. 

Delays may be encountered based on weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such case, we will inform you should these occur.

Nationwide (Outside Metro Manila): Within 5 to 7 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) for in-stock items; You may also indicate if you wish to pick-up your package at your nearest LBC branch.

Please inform us if your chosen address is a residential or office address.  We take into consideration the limited window hours for delivery for office addresses (e.g. Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00pm).

Pre-Order Items will only be shipped once all have been received and sorted properly within our warehouse inventory (per batch basis). For more information on this, please see our Pre-Order Policy.


What details do I need to know about the FREE DELIVERY service of Total Dibs within Metro Manila?

Our FREE Delivery hassle-free service within Metro Manila will remain unhampered because of all your support.
Total Dibs with confidence here on our website, await our notifications via SMS/email/FB pm, and expect to receive your packages within the delivery schedule mentioned above. 
We will always confirm first with you (minimum 24 hours before) your delivery schedule and get additional info when necessary (e.g. proxy receivers if you are not available, etc) to ensure a smooth delivery of your orders.
On your agreed upon and scheduled delivery day, our team will also contact you while en route to your address AND upon arriving at your address.
Due to the high volume of deliveries per day, a maximum wait time of 5 minutes will be allotted per address. Packages that weren't received will be sent back to our warehouse. Additional delivery charges will automatically apply should you wish to have it delivered again on another date.
This service and schedule does not apply to orders made on our Shopee account. 
Should you wish to receive your order before your given schedule (given that the item has already arrived and is ready for dispatch) or you failed to receive your order during your scheduled delivery day, you may book a third party delivery service at your own expense. Just please inform our staff ahead of time.

 

Do I have to personally be there when my orders are delivered?

It is highly recommended for you to personally receive your order so that you may immediately confirm with us the successful completion of our transaction.  Alternatively, you may also designate an authorized representative to receive your orders on your behalf. Please provide a letter of authorization if this is the case so that there will be seamless confirmation for our in-house delivery riders and staff. To ensure safety, items for delivery will only be released once proper confirmation and coordination with us is completed. Our staff will notify you via SMS/FB messaging/Email every step of the way. 


What are your protocols with regards to packing items for delivery?

We at Total Dibs know all about mint condition collectibles and the fastidious nature of collecting items valuable to our customers.  In fact, we are collectors ourselves as well.  We simply pack your orders the way we like to receive our own orders, so we handle your items with much love and good vibes.  We always try our very best to ensure that your much awaited goodies get from our warehouse or retail store to your chosen delivery address safely and securely.

 
How do I follow up my order if I have not received it on time?

You may contact us right away by sending us an email, SMS, or private message at any of our social media channels.  You may also check corresponding tracking numbers in the event that they are provided by our partner third party delivery services.


What do I need to know about customs fees/ duties/ VAT as an international client?

For our international clients, you must be aware and responsible for possible additional customs fees, duties, or VAT charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are out of our control as they are imposed by the government of your own country.  The actual amount paid to Total Dibs will be entered onto shipping labels. We cannot accept any requests for change of order value for such labels.
