2. Where is your head office and warehouse located?
 
Our head office and warehouse are located at the Ground to 2nd Floor, Mendoza Building, Barangay Alabang, 1781 Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines.
 
3. Do you have a physical store?
 
Our Flagship Store is located at Unit S-3166, 3rd Floor, Shoppesville, Greenhills Shopping Center, San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines. 
 
4. Are all your items authentic?
 
Yes, all items are authentic with corresponding licenses.  Most of our items are branded and sourced from reputable suppliers in Australia, Europe, Singapore, or the United States. We guarantee your money back should your item be deemed fake or unofficial.
 
5. Do you ship? Where?
 
Yes, we do both domestic (Republic of the Philippines) and international shipping. We offer FREE DELIVERY within Metro Manila by schedule. Please see our detailed Shipping Policy.
 
6. How can I order?

Placing an order with Total Dibs is really easy!

Steps:

 a. Create your very own secure Total Dibs account.
 b. Browse through our wide range of products.
 c. Choose the items you wish to Total Dibs. You may add as many items as you wish. Add these to your cart.
 d. Fill up the required details for checkout including shipping and payment preferences.
 e. If you have one, please input your Total Dibs promo/discount code.
 f. Pay via your desired payment option.
 g. Receive a confirmation email from us. #WeGotYourDibs
 h. Wait for your order to arrive safely at your chosen address.

7. How much are your shipping fees?
 
Orders placed on this website will automatically have calculated shipping fees upon checkout for domestic orders.
 
We offer FREE SHIPPING within Metro Manila, Philippines for orders PHP 3500 and above only. Shipping rates for orders outside Metro Manila will depend on your location and the combined weights of your ordered items. Estimated rates may range from PHP200 to PHP500 (e.g. 1kg to 5kg range) as determined by LBC rates. (may be subject to change). These are automatically calculated upon order checkout. Final quotations may also be provided as soon as your orders are processed.

International order shipping quotations may vary depending on country of destination and combined weights of your purchased goods.

8. Who will deliver my order?
 
Metro Manila deliveries will be carried out via our hardworking and trustworthy in-house motorcycle riders and delivery van personnel. In some cases, these may also be coursed through our partner third party delivery services (Lalamove or Grab).


All other shipments for areas outside Metro Manila will be made possible through LBC, our primary partner courier for provincial orders.

International orders are sent via DHL Express or Fedex; depending on customer preference.
 
Note: We are not to be held liable in case of loss and damages of orders while in transit by third party courier services.
 
9. How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
 
Metro Manila: Within 48 hours or within an agreed upon schedule with the client for in-stock items. Please see our delivery schedule. Delays may be encountered based on weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such case, we will inform you should these occur.

Nationwide (Outside Metro Manila): Within 5 to 7 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) for in-stock items

Please inform us if your chosen address is a residential or office address.  We take into consideration the limited window hours for delivery for office addresses (e.g. Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00pm).

Pre-Order items will only be shipped once all have been received and sorted properly within our PH warehouse inventory (per batch basis). For more information on this, please see our Pre-Order Policy.
 
10. What is the base currency that you use?

We primarily accept Philippine Peso (PHP). You may pay through the various payment options available upon checkout. 
 
11. How can I pay for my order?
 
You may pay seamlessly upon checkout through this website.

If you have noticed, all products are priced in FULL already whether it is in-stock or up for Pre-Order. 

You may opt to pay the FULL price when pre-ordering items from the website (especially for those using Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card). You may still opt to alternatively pay the MINIMUM DEPOSIT (mostly 50% of the total amount; may be indicated differently per product SKU) by selecting the bank transfer or GCash option upon order checkout. 

We also accept credit and debit card payments via both Paypal and Paymongo, GCash and bank deposits via BPI, BDO, Security Bank, and Unionbank.

In the event that you only choose to pay the 50% minimum deposit, you must select the Bank Deposit option upon checkout. You then have 72 Hours or THREE (3) DAYS to send us a copy of your deposit slip or screenshot in order to secure your slot and avoid cancellation of your Pre-Order.

12. What is your refund and return policy?
 
Total Dibs only accepts returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.  Returned items should be in the exact condition as received.  You may follow the specific protocol for this concern in our detailed Refund and Return Policy.

Refunds and replacements will always be subject to approval.

13. Do you have a VIP perks system?

Yes we have launched Total Dibs Rewards as our own VIP perks system to reward our most loyal customers. Our reward points are called DibCoins.

#TotalDibsFam will start as Members with the baseline privilege of collecting 1 DibCoin per PHP2.00 purchase. You may easily view Easy Bonuses for earning DibCoins that you may avail by signing up and setting up your account with Total Dibs Rewards.

Once you become Total Dibs VIP, it will be 1 DibCoin per PHP1.00 and you'll have access to more awesome rewards privileges.
