We are looking for a new member of our team who wishes to serve full-time as an effective sales associate and reliable ambassador for Total Dibs and the customers we care about. #TotalDibsFam. We offer the best salary with full benefits industry-wide for highly reliable and hardworking aspirants.

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Knowledgeable about the Toy Community and anything Pop Culture
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Filipino (Tagalog) language
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
• Excellent telephone, SMS, email etiquette
• Not camera shy (e.g. in person events, live selling on social media platforms, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking/socializing, listening, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders when fixing store inventory.

• Able to keep our internal processes highly confidential
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts (e.g. events, bazaars, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• BS degree in Communications or Marketing or closely related fields would be a plus

We prefer someone who can come in 5 to 6 days a week during mall hours. Ability to travel to conventions both locally and internationally may be offered.

Social Media Associate - Posting open until June 31, 2021.

We are seeking a part time person who wishes to leverage our company to build their set of skills through Social Media Marketing.  Earn valuable experience by practicing what you are learning.  

Manage and build our social media feeds.  You will assist in building our presence on social media.  Knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, and other related platforms is a plus.

Post exciting news on our social media channels.  With so many new products constantly being released, you must stay on top of the news and keep our social media channels up to date.

Design and create promotions to generate new followers.  Create ads, run contests and giveaways, and build our brand.

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Great Work Ethics
• Reliable and Self Motivated
• Strong desire to gain experience and be on top of the Social Media game
• Team Player
• Able to keep our internal processes confidential

• Computer Literate, able to work well with editing software and social media applications/platforms

We prefer someone who can come into the office once or twice a week. However, telecommuting/work from home arrangement is a possibility for the right candidate (especially to comply presently with social distancing recommendations).  A monthly stipend may be provided (to be determined).  Ability to travel to conventions both locally and internationally may be offered.
