Refund & Return Policy
What is your refund and return policy?
All refunds and returns are at the full discretion of Total Dibs. These will be assessed and addressed properly on a case-to-case basis. Please understand that we always do our very best in making sure that all our transactions go smoothly. We only send out items in the best possible condition for shipment and delivery.
Nevertheless, items may unavoidably get damaged during transit due to varying degrees of courier neglect or other factors. In these rare instances, if an item delivered is severely damaged during transit, you may return the said item until after SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. Requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted. Unless your item is deemed severely damaged/defective/different from what was advertised, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. Exchanges may be entertained in lieu of a refund if it will only be for the same item (subject of course to availability). We will NOT allow requests for refund and return because you simply changed your mind after purchase. Please only purchase when you are absolutely sure and able.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Factory paint application discrepancies and minor box defects on Funko Pop items and other collectibles will not be considered for refund or exchange. While highly unfortunate, these variations may occur at any time during the manufacturing process even before we receive our inventory. We try however to give you the best possible item but please do understand that these things may happen and may be beyond our control. You are also allowed and in fact advised to inspect the item thoroughly prior to purchase and leaving the store in the event that items in question are purchased via walk-in.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
To be eligible to avail of a refund or exchange:
- You must reach out to us at the soonest time possible (only until 7 days from product delivery). If it has been more than 7 days, we cannot offer any refund or exchange.
- You must be able to provide complete pictures and descriptions of the damage; this must always include the manufacturer’s original packaging; as much as possible, these pictures must have been taken immediately after product delivery.
- The damaged item previously delivered must then be sent back to us with the inclusion of the manufacturer’s original packaging for further assessment.
- You must provide the delivery receipt indicating the exact date of delivery and valid proof of purchase. These must not be tampered with or edited in any way possible.
- You did not cause the damages to the item yourself.
- Sale, discounted, and promotional (e.g. Mystery Boxes, etc.) items are not eligible for any refund or exchange. Only full priced regular items are valid for refund or exchange.
- Minor factory paint application discrepancies and minor box creases/defects will not be considered for refund or exchange.
How can I return my items?
You can return your item with its complete inclusions and manufacturer’s original packaging by your chosen courier of choice to our warehouse address. You will be responsible for shouldering your own shipping costs for this. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are granted a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If an exchange of the exact same item is available and this is preferred, this will be sent to you at the soonest time possible.
NOTE: Items purchased via our Shopee Mall account will be assessed and covered by refund procedures stated within Shopee guidelines. These may easily be accessed through your Shopee App.
