COVID-19 Update

Greetings!

Metro Manila is currently still under General Community Quarantine.

We will continue to try our best to serve your orders to the best of our ability but please note that we always take into highest consideration your safety as well as our employees (warehouse staff, IT staff, and logistics staff including our beloved in-house riders, etc.).

FREE SHIPPING within METRO MANILA remains for orders PHP 650 and above. Metro Manila only consists of the following cities: 

16 Cities in Total: Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan, Las Pinas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Paranaque, Pasay, Pasig, San Juan, Taguig, and Valenzuela, including the municipality of Pateros. 

For orders outside Metro Manila - this includes Rizal Province, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, and the rest of the country, shipping fees are quoted accordingly.

You may also choose to pickup your orders at the dedicated Total Dibs section @ Kramer Toy Warden, Shoppesville, Greenhills Shopping Center, San Juan City.

In terms of arrival of your orders, there may be unforeseen shipping delays brought about by the COVID-19 situation for the following delivery chain:

Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, customers are advised that there may be extensive delivery delays on ordered items.

There are a variety of reasons for this, which include but are not limited to:

  1. Considerable decrease in international flights for freight – parcels may have delays in leaving international ports from where our products are sourced
  2. Sudden adjustment in supplier manufacturing and release dates
  3. Imposition of government policies which clearly restrict free and seamless flow of goods currently not tagged as essential (Philippine government’s imposition of the Enhanced Community Quarantine)
  4. Temporary skeletal workforce of local postal/courier services and the Total Dibs team

We at Total Dibs are fully complying with the recommendation of the Philippine government via the Department of Health.  We have therefore put in place rules and systems to ensure that our team abides by social distancing and stay at home guidelines.  We still have your pre-orders and orders properly listed so there is no need to worry.  This includes those who have paid either in full or with the indicated deposit per item.  However, please expect these to get to you only as soon as physically possible.
